We go back 12 months into your history to retrieve, format, and scrub every past transaction file. We map your old providers, categorize historical vendor refunds, and standardize the data structure. This ensures that when you log in for the first time, you immediately see a clean, accurate Year-Over-Year trend line, rather than an empty chart.

No. A reporting dashboard is only useful if it has context. Knowing you collected $100k this month is meaningless unless you know what you collected last October. To give you accurate trends, we must build the historical foundation first. The Setup Fee pays for the labor required to build that foundation.

The setup fee isn’t just an admin fee. We actually clean up your Chart of Accounts and fix historical data errors so your future reporting is accurate. If you hired a data consultant to manually clean 12 months of messy CSV exports, fix provider errors, and build a custom visualization dashboard, it would typically cost upwards of $10,000. We are doing that heavy lifting for a low, flat rate.
